Ockem Read

This app runs on the shared Ockem foundation: the design system (@ockem/ui), the app chrome and product switcher (@ockem/chrome), accounts + RLS tenancy (@ockem/db), and the same Turborepo build graph. Its magenta accent comes entirely from the data-brand="ockem-read" token scope — no duplicated color config.

Next steps for the Read team: wire auth (reuse proof-web's auth.config.ts), gate on isEntitledToRead(), replace the placeholder nav, and define Read's domain surface.
